Here is my advice about the credit cards.....DON"T DO IT. Credit will ultimately lead to trouble. Unless you really do know how to use it.
As far as the jeans go....
I do not see why you feel you have to return the JC Penny jeans and buy the others from Kmart. Have you ever seen a 17 year old throw a tantrum because she did not get her way? Do you think your daughter will love you less if you say no? And what happens when she does grow up? Will she be able to make her own decisions? Move out on her own and lead a productive life? Stomping her feet and yelling at her boss because he will not buy her the computer she wants for her work station?

As for your child, is she YOUR CHILD? Make her wear the damn jeans. Shes not the boss and unless there is something drastically wrong with them it will help her learn.
Its like an addiction. Princess is my heroin!
I need to find a 12-step program.
Or a good hypnotist.
Maybe a Catholic priest for an exorcism.
A lobotomy might help. Her, not me.
