Can't Handle Stress

I was told this a long time ago by my psychiatrist nurse practitioner.  She was right.  When I get stressed, whether it's big or small, I go into depression.


I'm trying the best I can to handle it but I'm not sure what to do.  I don't know if changing to another mental health care provider is the answer or try a different treatment.  I'm so scared.  We tried changing meds awhile back and that was a disaster.  It put me in the psych ward.


I'm suffering so much right now.  I'm crying as usual.  I know others need prayers.  Could you please and me to the prayer list.  Thank you my friends.

i cant handle stress either. that's why dr got me on disability. i minimize stress in my life but shit happens anyway.

Stress and anxiety is HUGE in life. I spend time in therapy coping with it….building up all my tools to get through, often exhausted by it.

Anxiety is the worst It always takes a proper amount of time for meds to work I’m sorry that happened to you I will send prayers and thoughts your way
