Hey yall. I believe these damn bipolar meds are stopping up my own personal version or production of getting the shit out. I was wondering if any of you had ever experienced this and if so what the heck did ya do about it? I have tried MOM, the ever dreaded lubed-up enemas, and stool softeners to no avail. What's a gal to do to get the shit outta her?

danon activia yogurt and danactive drinks. they work wonders for me. they have probiotics in them and assist in cleaning you out.....lol

Fruit lots of fruit....... Prunes... I used to give my kids dried apricots (they didn;t like prunes) when they were plugged up..... Worked like a charm.

LETTUCE !It's the devil ..had me going from both ends 2 nights ago. Lots of leafy greens will make you have a shit the size of a small child.

Ditto the magnesium citrate.

If you ever have abdominal or bowel surgery they make you drink about 2 bottles 8 hours before surgery.

And I am not joking when I say sit on the toilet while you drink it.

Oh goodness, had that on Risperdal! It was horrible! Doctor had to prescribe me something. It went away after I got off the med.
