I once made a papermch volcano and then mixed red dye, vinegar and baking soda and it erupted quite nicely. Perhaps you could adapt that method to your plight.

Stool softeners won't work..as BP meds slow the parastolic motions of the bowl..so with stool softeners,all you get is soft backed up stools.(I'm trying NOT to picture that)

Try Flax seed oil,and that good old stand by..an enema.

Try some magnesum citrate. You can buy it in just about any drug store. The cherry or grape are the better flavors but still gross(kinda like sour soda). You will have to stay home for 6 to 8 hours and drink a lot of fluids because this medicine can cause dehydration. They use this to prep patiens before surgery.
