For many of us the change in the season means it's a time of anything from being mildly unsettled to triggering an episode.
On top of that we have the global situation(s) that are probably creating stress which add to the triggering stimuli.
Plus whatever is happening locally for you and no doubt stuff that is going on in your personal lives.
So buckle up, it's going to be a bumpy ride.

So I have been having a lot of health issues and my cardiologist felt that he didn't get clear enough images of my heart in the office, so he wanted to do a Trans-esophegeal heart Echocardiocgram in the hospital. We have tools in our mental health toolbox, and an aptitude to reach for support when needed. Some of the other panicked population maybe doesn’t have knowledge of that stuff, so I try to keep that in mind when navigating the outside world during times like these.

In finding purpose and meaning I smile, it's understood in all languages without the complications of words. A smile also heals, mind and body as it increases dopamine's level which helps with depression.
