I didn't receive any gifts at all so if you don't like yours you could send them to me. (sniff) I used to buy my ex jewelry that I liked but it was always too small and not what she liked. Remember, she's my ex!

Jewellery is very personal I find.
I know Im very fussy to what I would wear but i'd always accept gifts gratefully. If it was from someone I cared about Id ask if they minded me exchanging it... sadly I dont often get bought jewellery

Tommy I'm sorry you didn't get any gifts! That is so sad! My husband is such a task master. That's what is upsetting me.

Tommy I am close to you, I only received one gift and if it wasn't for that one I wouldn't have had anything to open on Christmas. BOO HOO!

lol oh jen l shouldn't laugh but a griddle wtf l see house goods as things to be bought anyway not as a gift because both of you should be cooking but maybe thats just me unless it had tickets to hawaii stuck to the back l would look at him as though he wasn't gonna get 'any' for a looooooooooong time

worst gift l was bought by a b/f were designer trainers and truly hideous l'm a heels type so l wish l'd had the receipt to exchange them, they stayed in the back of the wardrobe for years

Well, jenn, I'm not the brightest bulb in the bin but I finally got to where I'd give a gift certificate or in the case of jewelry would only purchase it on her approval. Then again I know some women who'd be delighted with a hoof pick as a stocking stuffer. But that'd be a really high-maintenance woman since there'd be a horse attached!

My wife bought me a few nice things but then she bought me seasons 1 and 2 of "Saved by the Bell" on DVD. What the hell is that all about?! She said "I thought you liked it." I said, well years ago I would watch it in the morning if nothing else was on just because it's so ridiculous.

I found it funny more than anything.

i got some great pillows from my cousin .... they are red orange and yellow and have roosters on them bahahahahah she was so excited and thought they were so cute.....but then she also got me a gift card to one of the stores i love to shop at....and hey i know she was trying her hardest =0)

After 25 years of marriage, my husband has gotten very good at buying gifts for me. He always remembers things that I mention I want or would like to have. However, my sister in law is a kitchen "contraption" buyer and I have recieved some very strange things from her. I love her dearly so would not think of hurting her feelings. I just put them away or regift them to someone I know might appreciate and use them. I am a hands on, make my own, kind of girl so I dont like kitchen contraptions much. This year she gave me a "Perfect brownie pan set". Ugh! What the heck do I need that for????? Maybe I will put it in one of my sons boxes for a time they move out, but that could be a while, haha.

my inlaws bought m some cloths and bathroom stuff and a really expensive electric razor but the sad thing is it doesnt work worth shit!lol

My hubby bought me a "dust buster" for Christmas. But then, I asked for it three years in a row, because I am tired of hauling out the built-in vac for a few crumbs. Then he mounted it on the wall in my laundry room along with the ironing board I have been asking him to do for nine years. So it was a pretty good Christmas. You just have to lower your standards after 30 years.

I was pleasant about the gifts he gave me but these gifts say to me, "Get in that kitchen and cook woman!" It makes me feel like a common slave instead of a wife. Even if he bought me pj's which he usually does, I wouldn't of felt so insulted.

WTF is a girdle? I thought that was the thing you wore under your tights if you were going to wear thigh pads in football and didn't have football pants with thigh pockets LOL.

Never mind if it is some disgusting feminine product. All I know is diamonds and expensive lingerie are usually a good choice.

My ex-fianc the 1st Christmas together lavished me with romantic gifts. Ruby earings, beatiful silk robe from Victoria secret, silk night- Victoria secret... I don't remember what else, but I cried tears of joy cuz no one had ever taken so much thought in making me happy at Christmas. Our 2nd year together I cried different tears. He bought me a mens terrycloth robe(he thought I was hinting for it, but I was hinting to see if he wanted it) and a food processor!!! Like I knew what the hell to do with that. Looking back I know they were sincere loving gifts, but I did feel like I went from sexy young seductrive to old frumpy housewife.
