The kids meet in 10 minutes and then we go over to start our concert. I am really stressing right now but have been too busy to feel the anxiety. I'm not too anxious, but I am dreading this. There's so many people out there and there's so much to deal with. It's very overwhelming for me. As I said in another post, I've done this a million times but I just can't handle these things like I used to.

How did it turn out? I can relate.....my anxiety gets the best of me. So much so that I feel as though I black out from it all! Weird. Let us know how you did, oK?

I hope the concert goes really well for you!
you can ask your doc for a prn med or as necessary to take for anxiety or panic
They work quite well or have done for me

Well, everything went very well. I was totally relieved to have it over and done with. The kids played well and everyone enjoyed the music. I feel much better today! Got an appointment with my psych today so wish me luck.

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
