I get why it's been developed for the VA. Its a beginner level Insomnia helper. Its very "routine oriented" (service members) and gives you basic advice like no caffeine.
My son (army) looked at this a little while back, but it's too basic.
My KoreTrak Fitness watch tracks my sleep and breaks it down into cycles, every night and by that I can decide what Mhz sleep music to put on at night to keep me in which sleep cycle I need to be in longer. The Insomnia info I got from my NeuroPsych years ago. Sleep Hygiene information doesn't really change, but you have to follow it. I've posted it on here several times.
