A Christmas blessing

i work a part time job making barely. Enough to pay my bills with not much leftover. I don't have money to buy gifts this year for anyone. I especially am sad about not having gifts for my nieces and nephews. I crocheted and knotted gifts for my mom and sisters with yarn I had on hand. Last night I prayed for God to somehow let this work out.



Well I got a request from an aquaintance to crochet some hats for her daughters. She gave me the yrn and a card. I got home and opened the card and she included $50 for me making the hats, to cover shipping and the rest she said is for me! I still need more money to cover my car payment but I am so grateful for this woman's kindness. For small blessings. I'll feel better when I see my paycheck on Monday but this is a small relief.

Yes, Chris, miracles do happen.

I often wonder if the greatest miracles are things which we cannot recognize because they did NOT happen.

The Lords blessings don't come In things; money, nice clothes and a nice house. Hard times can be a blessing. He blesses us in Spiritual ways every day. Faith , Hope and Love. The fruit of the Spirit; love , joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness and self-control. Family is one of our biggest blessings.

What a wonderful story! Thanks for sharing! So glad to hear the miracles God is doing in people's lives.

And Ricky, God does provide our needs. I think kisses' post is proof of that! (I could share many stories of God's provision, especially at Christmas, but this is Kisses' story!)
