My boyfriend Jeremy committed suicide Sept 9th 2015. I am heartbroken and so lost without him. I miss him everday. I have no one supporting me bc my parents didn't approve of our relationship. I feel so alone. I miss his presence :/

Hey all, i know its been quite awhile since i posted on here. Its been a summer all right. Its been something else........... You know how they say not to open the can of worms? Well a few months ago i decided to find out what my due date would have been for my first baby, the one conceived by r***. My baby would have been due on March 4th of 2006. They would be 20 years old. I was R**** on June...

This is a huge loss.... and it's important that you get support.... I would also call bereavement groups in your area and see if there is a group for people who have lost a loved one to suicide
Gentle hug and a blessing....xo
There are so many parts of the recovery path. For me the idea of there being a new normal helped a lot! I know that I will never get my sister and parents back, so rather than try to get back to things "the way they were", I knew that I needed to find a new normal, and that was my target.
It can be a slow journey. I lost my sister in 2011; aside of occasional anger at her for leaving me to deal with our parents without her (an irrational anger, I know that!), I am at a new normal for her. Her husband just remarried, and I am totally happy for them!!
I lost my mom in 2014, she was well into dementia, so I had a long time telling her good by, and I think I am at my new normal.
I lost my dad in 2015, and I still miss him. I am now having more good days than bad days, so I guess I am doing well on finding that new normal.
ANd I wish you peace as you find your new normal.
gentle hugs
