Hello Everyone ,
I'm new to the site and figured I would start out by sharing my story ...
On June 21st, 2019 I lost my fiance . We were together for 4 years and let me tell ya those were the best 4 years of my life. Joe was the most amazing man I have ever met ! He was more than just my fiance.. he was my best friend, my better half, my person and my soulmate. The love we shared was something special ♡ We went through all the highs and lows together. I'm expecting our daughter ( Aubrey) September 23rd 2019
Joe like I said was one amazing man but, he also struggled with some demons his entire life . He was an addict which ultimately ended his life . On June 21st I came home in the morning from working an night shift to something no one could ever be prepared for . I found my fiance's body lying on the floor unresponsive. There are no words to describe the emotions I felt in that very moment. My whole entire world had been flipped upside down . The beautiful future we had planned together was no longer and option and some how I was going to have to figure out how to carry on without him .
2 months into my journey I still find it hard to breathe . I crave something I can't have . I have to deal with my fiance's death every moment of every day . I can say that it hasn't gotten any better I've just learned to get through the day one way or another... I lost the love of my laugh and I'll never be the same . My heart is empty.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

I feel like I'm never going to heal. I just finished crying my eyes out as tomorrow would have been her 75th bday. I hate this so much. It's so hard to stay strong but we must.
I'm very sorry for your loss. I know what your feeling as I lost my wife last year due to her addiction. This is very new for you. At 2 months, you're still in shock and yeah it's hard to breathe. It does get easier, but your right, it will not be the same. All I can say is right now try to remember to eat and sleep and take care of yourself. You have a little girl on the way. September 23 is a good date. My birthday too. Take care.
