I hate taking pills, so I try not to take them if I don't have to. This may be why it's hit or miss with me.
Just my opinion but the more I read here the more I see that what works for one person does not work for another. If this does not work for you keep trying other things until you find what is right for you.
I wish you the best of luck.

I\'m on day 6 now. Yesterday was my first day taking the whole pills (50mg twice a day) I am noticing a difference with my pain level. It doesn\'t take the pain all the way away, but neither did the vicodin. It kinda feels like there is a buffer between the pain and me, and I don\'t feel funny in the head like vicodin made me feel. And on a sweet note, it is totally helping with my ADD! Today I take them 3x and tomorrow 4x a day. And this is the second night I didn\'t wake up from pain in the middle of the night, I got good sleep and feel very refreshed! WooT!

I like it,,,,,,it doesn't make me feel goofy, it just takes the pain away,,,,
having said that, if the pain is agony, it only takes the edge off,,,,,I use it in conjunction with cymbalta which has worked miracles for me.
