Asthma Support Group
Asthma is a disease of the human respiratory system where the airways narrow, often in response to a "trigger" such as exposure to an allergen, cold air, exercise, or emotional stress. This airway narrowing causes symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and coughing, which respond to bronchodilators.

It is definitely wise to NOT NOT NOT have the windows in your bedroom open right now while the pollen and mold spores are at their highest. It is recommended to clean interior well and then put the air conditioning on (if possible) and live with the recirculating air. If your apartment complex is older, there may be mold spores or dust coming from the air vents. Make sure your bed is NOT directly under a vent.
I will be keeping you and everyone here in my prayers. It's a tough battle and I wish you good health always!
your asthma. Also dust mites and dust is a common daily problem for asthmatics. Get rid of carpets and area rugs if you have them and wet dust and vacuum often. Cover your bed and pillow with allergy proof covering and wash bedding weekly in hot water. Hopes this helps.
Wow, it's scary that your sats were dropping so low at night! I'm glad that you were able to find a solution!
