Nowadays, I hear they use mainly local anesthetic (novocaine), so it is similar to what they use when you get a cavity filled. Little to no chance you will blurt out anything out of the ordinary. But, even if you did for some remote reason say something, you can "blame" it on the novocaine (or the pain pills).
I wouldn't be worried about the procedure.
You need to get your wisdom teeth out, if they are suggesting it. You don't want them to get impacted or abscessed. Then you would have bad infections to deal with. Just get it done. You'll be fine, and glad that you took care of this!
It's natural to be worried, I sure was. But it's okay. You'll be fine and you'll be better off :)
