Does anyone else have this where you're doing okay and then someone says something and everything kinda goes to hell?
I had two dizzy spells that lasted 2 or 3 seconds each last Monday and since then I've felt progressively better each day. Now I feel mostly fine but just a tiny bit off balance. I don't feel weak or tired or anything.
I called the doctor today just to check in and ask a question and they sounded surprised that I didn't go to the ER and they wanted me to come in for a blood draw and appointment. It shocked the heck out of me to be honest because I'm pretty good about getting in to the doctor anytime I am at all worried about a health concern.
I hadn't been worried because I know WHY I had the dizzy spells (huge change in diet) and have had the exact same symptoms in the past several times - usually for the same reason.
Now that they are concerned, I'm a little bit freaking out. And I can't get in until next week. I KNOW nothing is seriously wrong but now I'm hyper-aware of any sensation that could possibly be "dizzy" and it's pissing me off.
Guess I'm just looking for words of reassurance.
