Its now the 2nd day since we returned from the vacation, and for me I dont think it was worth the trouble and money. I am absolutely to exhausted cardiacally I dont feel good, I dont feel refreshed, I feel extremely tired. Usually we unpack as soon as we got back, it just got suitcases got dumped in the living room and was unpacked the next day. Any clothes that need ironing have gone to the laundrette, I cant face ironing that lot. Emma's presents are still in bags and waiting to be sorted. Yesterday evening I found myself becoming irritable, due to exhaustion. I dont usually get like that. As it is today we were up at 6,30 am due to my nose blocking up and a loud motorbike going down the road, anyway after we had breakfast I slept for another 2 hours, I still feel exhausted. Emma is looking forward to a caravan holiday in september, but not so far a distance, I dont know how I feel now. I'm now going to do Emma's dossett for her medications, I dont feel up to it at all. Hopefully I will feel better tomorrow.
I do remember the good tiimes, but gareth said he hadnt slept on the Tuesday and spent most of the day in the room resting/sleeping so it was all down to me to run around with emma.

You need a staycation from your vacation. A lot of people feel that way after a busy vacation. Maybe go for a check in with your doctor to make sure all is well before you travel again?
need more rest. Get her to do what she can for herself.
Maybe she can help you with minor things for her or the
house when she is feeling well. So everything isn't
completely up to you. I would say to have husband help
also but it doesn't sound like he would.
