I was flirting with my friend last weekend and then after that he became seriously busy because he just got a new apartment and he's moving in there.. We've flirted before so no big deal or anything like that but I thought he was mad at me because he was seemingly being kind of short with me, kind of distant and dodging some of my text messages/phone calls. In reality he was probably too busy to text or call back.. But i was thinking the week that he was mad or ashamed because we got too heavy with the flirting, I thought maybe he was feeling weird about it and i kept trying to figure out why, So i thought he was dodging things I would say in reference because he didn't wanna talk about it. Now he doesn't know i was upset the entire week and I just talked to him earlier. Things seem completely fine, I don't know why I was so bent out of shape about it.
So was I right or wrong in my reaction?

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

It caused me unnecessary worry though. The unnecessary anxiety is the only issue I see, but at the same time (in my experience) you don't choose what to be anxious about, it just happens. It sounds like you are worrying about if you worried too much, which just makes it worse. Hang in there :-).
The fear of worry can add a lot of stress to anxiety symptoms, and thinking over and over the same thing can be switched to doing a different activity, and then look at it from a distance, and see what you feel.
Writing it down here is an excellent way to see how you started thinking, what changed, and what you really want to change with this thinking.
Best wishes!
