Welcome aboard. You are not alone.
You've taken the important first step in writing it out.
Take care of you first. That means putting your well-being first. You are responsible for what you say, do, act, react, and respond. You are NOT responsible for what others say, do, act, react, and respond. Their usual response will change and probably get worse before it improves. The difference is that you will be in a better balance.
Stop, pause, breathe, choice, until you are calm and clear headed and in balance in the moment.
