I'm so stressed out and depressed about nothing really! Well not exactly nothing because is anxiety is something but you get my point. I just feel alone and no one seems to understand what i go through on a daily basis! I'm always anxious, scared and just bitchy to everyone for nothing! I'm seeing a therapist every week and soon to be psychiatrist every week also. How does everyone keep there anxiety levels down? I really don't want to go on medicine considering i have been on it since i was 7 and stopped when i was getting ready to be 18. Any natural ways? I do this to myself though! I always think the worst is going to happen to me and i'm so scared to be by myself or do anything by myself! I never use to be like that and its really starting to bother me now :(. Im scared im going to go crazy! Even though my therapist told me you cant go crazy from anxiety. Can someone help me?

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

When you have lived with the higher levels of resting anxiety, it becomes much easier to find initial issues of anxiety, and you can find your self doing better with a few changes.
Yes, I have anxiety, grew up with anxiety, live daily with anxiety's natural participation in normal activity (including standing up...I can laugh at this one now, at the time I was learning how to deal effectively with anxiety, it was just a step).
Where medical treatment is a part of the plan of action, it is so important to use a written journal to help add details to see the patterns of thought in your normal routine.
It was only after this step we were able to work with cognitive behavior training therapy plan and keep the medication to treat the depression ... and the chronic mild depression is something else to deal with. (Staying hydrated keeps both depression and anxiety in normal range)
Learning the things we do that allow anxiety to kick into high gear - can be as simple as putting on shoes and the usual thought connected with the shoes. Learning how to break the pattern calmly and with positive direction gives us more ability to make it through the next level changes.
You can do this, cheer your self on, give your self the good feeling for taking this task face on, and it will work for you!
