Hey everyone. Hope everyone is doing well. It's almost 3am here and I'm still not sleeping. I've been genuinely upset about the recent suicides in the news. These people had money and the best treatment money could buy...if they can't survive in this world, how can I? I have a fear of death and hearing about this terrifies me. Yes yes yes in therapy and all those wonderful things.. I'm currently looking for a solid CBT therapist as no med can switch my thinking pattern or remove my irrational fears. I'm afraid to take this step as I am afraid it won't work and I'll be consumed by my GAD. Given my track record of getting fired from 2 jobs in 2 years makes me think I'll always fail. I want to prove myself wrong but each time I go out or stay at home I have this lingering doom feeling. It's hard to explain but I wake up with intrusive thoughts and dismal feelings. If you're reading this I thank you from the bottom of my heart & wish us tons of love.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

First, I hope everyone is doing well, and continuing to fight that good fight! Keep up the great work on yourselves; I'm rooting for all of you!So, I started doing therapy at the beginning of the year, when I was in my most depressed state, but with my therapist, I made big changes and steps in the right direction. But, over a month ago, she couldn't take my insurance anymore, and I had to stop...

Just my take on it.
For sure I'll join the choir on hoping you can build your self-image. Gentle support while you find your way.
