I am still getting the sharp pain every now and then, but now its more like a dull pain... I am so paranoid right now. It's been three hours.... why cant i stop focusing on it... I mean, im 23 years old, relatively healthy, dont have heart problems, but im sitting here freaking out................ I am scared im having a heart attack :( I dont know what to do to calm myself down.......Im so anxious.

Drink some liquid, and roll your neck around to see if the tensed, tightened muscles relax. Sometimes, we clench our teeth so tightly that we put our muscles into spasms that we feel like you mention.
Hope you are feeling better!
but you could have something as simple as TMJ or youre clinching your teeth. It would be very unusual for someone your age to have a heart attack. Ive had one and it usually involves some combo of shortness of breath , sweating, nausea , or pain in the chest , shoulder
or arm. You may just be having a classic panic attack. If the pain spreads to other areas or you get the other symptoms I mentioned,
call for help.
