I have paranoid/childhood schizophrenia and thats just enough for me but everytime I talk infront of a large group of people my heart raises and I cant breathe or at least feel like I cant it takes me about 5 at the most minutes to recooperate and breathe and my heart slows back to normal. But it happens alot my thoughts rush my hands shake I begin to perspire a little more than usual and my voices gets extremely shakey so im not talking too loud but I'm still scared. Should I talk to my psychiatrist about this?

I don't really know how to label this but I having a rough week and I can't say it's one thing.... One suggestion I will make is to find your center of calm, balance, and breathe so you can enter and stop to regain the center of calm, balance and breathe as you move forward into the motion of action (which is what a large group of people is)

It's rough for me to walk into a large crowd, and I had to practice this technique at home several times using the door as a frame of reference for the exercise. The shakiness will settle down as your anxiety level reboot to normal level. It just takes practice and patience to find the best way to do it.
