Hello, I have been suffering from severe health anxiety for about a month now. I am so worried I am going to die. One day its from a heart attack, the next day a stroke, the next a brain aneurysm. I feel like I am outside of my body and have terrible dizziness and wake up with my chest pounding. Been to the hospital twice, urgent care twice, shrink twice,my GP, cardiologist, and with a gastroenterologist next week. Just wondering what other peoples anxiety symptoms are as I feel so alone in this. Thank you. I wish no one had to suffer this.

Welcome aboard.
