I don't know if my 20 year old daughter is having issues with anxiety or not but she has had some issues with her eyes and it seems to happen in bad lighting; not bright lighting but dim. Yesterday in class her eyes and head felt weird and it was hard for her eyes to focus. Then her ears started hurting and the back of her head starting tingling. She was left with a slight headache for a few hours. She had her eyes checked a month ago. She's supposed to be wearing glasses but the ones he gave her are too strong. Of course, being that I have health anxiety, I'm freaking out and assuming the worse like she has a brain tumor or something! Anyone have any of these symptoms?

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Sometimes, there are multiple triggers associated with anxiety level changes, so keep hydrated, and have her do the relaxation exercises to reduce the resting tension in the facial muscles.
The way this description is sounds normal for anxiety reaction.
Best wishes and hope she feels better fast.
