So ever since I've gotten back to school, I have to see and deal with my abusive ex best friend. I try my best to suck it up, but its so hard due to us both having mutual friends. Everytime I see them I can feel my anxiety rise. I don't know what to do...

Sorry your feeling this way (warm hugs) do you have any counselling at your school where you can find help? or someone who isnt a mutual friend? I was in a similar situation in highschool, and it was extremely difficult having to see mutual friends choose, that i was just like "whatever" in the sense like, I wouldnt steal people away and let them hangout with someone who I did not get along with, But over time, we matured and I found who my true friends are, and that other girl and I are neutral.. I would advise to try not to spend to much time thinking about hunny, if its causing you pain perhaps distance would help, even if some are still your friends. I hope soon you can have peace. Itll take time darling, but know your not alone
