It's great that you went to your appointment. How did it go when you were there? I know you're anxious now, but I hope you found some relief during the appointment.

I am so sorry that you are feeling this way. And if it's any consolation, I often feel this way as well. I get a lot of grief from friends and relatives that I sit in my house all day, but sometimes, it's where I feel the safest, and the most comfortable. I don't think you should push yourself to the point where you'll have a panic attack, but I think you should take baby steps. If you're not comfortable going for a walk, maybe you could just sit outside with a good book or listen to some music outside. That way, you're a few feet from your door should you feel the need to go inside. Each day, try and get farther and farther away until you're able to go for a nice walk without getting too anxious. About the tingling/crawling sensation near your eye- I hope it's gotten better. I am not a doctor, but if I had to guess, I'd say it was just a nerve, and that it'd go away on it's own eventually. I've had similar things happen to my skin near my eyes as well. It also could be a nervous twitch since you're feeling so anxious. You're doing the right thing by coming to DailyStrength to talk about how you feel. Getting the support from friends who also suffer from this condition will help you to get the strength to conquer your fears. I hope my response reaches you at a good time, and that you're feeling better. And if not, please know that you will feel better soon, and that I am thinking of you and wishing you the best.
