Tonight I’m pretty mellow my mind is here trying to think of something to worry about I can actually notice when it wants to do this now I feel it coming and can see and hear the Thoughts by writing down the worries I’ve had lately I seem to be the same ones always so I’m able to notice these sneaking up So I just pause and basically just stay neutral wondering what else my mind wants to start throwing at me but writing down the stuff I’m thinking has helped me out a lot these last following days OK I’ll stop Just wanted to let all know what I was going through at the moment OK Peace out Oh yeah I had one more question has anybody ever worried in their dreams will that be considered anxiety too if I’m dreaming about worring and actually worring in my dream

Writing out my worries helps to bring order to the chaos. Sharing them helps me toward the liberating humility of knowing I'm neither alone nor freaky for the phenom.
Proof unavailable, but I absotively believe I carry my thoughts of the day into my dream, be they anxious or serene or a mix of the many shades in between. I also believe in "Dream Solving" where I go to sleep with a problem and wake with a solution. That is frequently uncomfortable, but a good thing in the end.
