I had a good weekend (Except friday, but we won't go there) It's been different because the past few weeks have been horrible for me.. Anxiety every day or every other day.. But anyway, tonight I was trying to have salad (with grilled chicken) (I had a few bites of chicken) But I was too warry of the chicken to eat it so I made some soup, ate it and then for the rest of the night I was fine. I had some muffins.. I drank soda, tea.. water.. I was fine all night, I was no longer worried I was going to get food poisoning and die.. But then at about 4:30am I started shaking, stomach ache, freaking out, anxiety rising.. I was COMPLETELY FINE before! Like.. I don't know.. Maybe it's because I drank too much soda, Maybe it's just the lingering thoughts of "What if...", Maybe my OCD about my routine is getting to me, I like to do things the way I want and tonight was a little bit different for me, out of the ordinary..

Somewhere in your process, you'll find the key to open the door to healing, and it may not be what you expect.
