Hey everyone, good morning!! My husband and I are trying to get pregnant, so I am trying to quit smoking. I did the e-cig thing for a month and got down to 1-3 a day. Yesterday was my first day on the patch. I did awesome all day. I even had a crawfish boil at my house with tons of people who smoke and I didn't have any. I didn't get any side effects at all. BUT last night when I tried to go to sleep my heart raced like a MAD MAN. This went on for hours, finally I had to go take a Xanax. If anyone with anxiety has tried that patch before please help me. I am worried about was it my anxiety acting up due to the big change of not smoking, since we all know that a big change like can trigger it. Or was it the patch doing it to me.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Keep hydrated, and keep track of the symptoms to see what patterns show up.
You're on the right track, best wishes.
