I was new to my current area when Corona crowned. The need to establish new routines under Corona rules has felt like cruel and unusual punishment.

You've taken the important first step in writing it out.
Keep writing it out, sorting through the feelings, thoughts, emotions, words, and the natural anxiety. Take the time to work out choices.
Moving to a new place brings adventure in simple things. Watch the sun rise, Watch the sun set. Walk outside and check out nature's beauty. Talk with people, learn about the place you are in now.
Allow yourself time to adapt. A new place takes time to adapt to.
I think establishing routines really helps us have a sense of that somethings each day will be the same. It will support a sense of
calm. It is also the pandemic that makes it hard to be social.
Maybe when you go to the grocery store or the gas station, make it a point to read the clerk's name badge and say their name when you say thank you. They may or may not become your friend - but it's a nice connection. Just thoughts - again
