Anxiety is natural. It tells us something is changing. It works for you. Make it work for you!
Sleep. Nighttime routine to help you change your brain pattern of thought will give you the important step of being able to relax enough to let your mind rest.

Or play talk radio. Or a podcast on a speaker. Anything that's just people talking. It feels like someone's there - and I fall asleep easier.
