Hello everyone, I'm new to this support group. I've been struggling with anxiety since I was in elementary school. I have come very far in overcoming certain aspects of my anxiety. However, in a few weeks I am going to start my last year in High School. The thought of starting school again has caused a major setback in my anxiety. I feel nauseous 24/7 for about a month now and it is making it extremely difficult for me to eat. I am a very tiny person to begin with and I have already lost about 5lbs. I started taking prozac about 2 weeks ago and about a week ago my doctor increased the dose to 20mg. However, I still haven't felt any relief from the nausea. Does anybody have any tips for how I can get myself to eat without throwing up?

FWIW, I panic to such an extreme when I have to leave the house that I usually have to sit down and talk to myself ight out loud, reassuring myself and doing some serious deep, slow breathing. It really does help if you can get into it. I'm so sorry for your suffering, and hope you find relief!
