I sent you a friend request.
But I llove to take long walks with my dog I eat healthy. I love yoga getting the right amount of sleep writing poetry and when I can nice long baths with music.
How nice of you to say about your husband and children and Maggie being your rock. That is very sweet and kind. You sound like your family means the world to you. I admire that and think that's very important.
I to like to walk and try my best to eat healthy. Sometimes I do treat myself to something I probably shouldn't have eaten. Lol. But it's a treat. Love yoga too!!! Sleep is important. Poetry sounds lovely and yes love my nice bubble baths with music and candles.
Thank you as always for your comment. Italianmomma4ever
Accepting my anxiety as part of who and what I am opened the door to managing this all-natural phenom. Don't cure it. Train it. It has a beneficial purpose to serve.
Sorry to hear nothing has worked for you. There is no cure. Its just manageable and we have to make the best of it. However that is.
Accepting it is a great way to deal with it. I like your thinking about training it. Since you can't cure it then use it benefit your life. Good idea. It is part of who we are. And we need to accept it for what it's worth.
Thanks for your comment. Great advice. Italianmomma4ever
When I get hot, I wear fewer clothes. When I get cold, I wear more clothes. That naturally changes the temperature, which helps me to remain calm.
Keeping the anxiety in balance is being active, making rest comfortable, finding ways to stay connected in the moment, and keeping my food and liquid intake and outtake in equal measure.
Interesting way to put it, as it helps people to see it differently. Good discussion.
Yes I guess that's wishful thinking "getting rid of it".
That makes sense about changing your clothes. I do the same also.
I like the way you stay balanced. Being busy, resting is important, like my naps. Staying in the present is a must!!!! Eating and drinking plenty of water is something that I have no problem doing.
Thank you for liking the discussion. I appreciate that. Italianmomma4ever
I agree with you 100%.
Exercise helps manage my anxiety a lot.
What kind of exercise do you like to do?
