We went to the seaside yesterday and spent the morning on the beach, we came home about lunchtime it was starting to get busy, a rather large family dumped themselves in front of us and we didnt have a view of the sea, so we came home. I didnt over eat, as I was out for part of the day, today I feel on edge and my heart is not happy, is skipping beats which is not very comfortable. I've spent the day reading and watching tv, cant wait for bedtime though, I could go now if it wasnt for Gareth that would mean leaving him on his own, its only 5.30pm Emma has said I dont look well, she is right I dont feel right I feel cardiacally not right and up tight. Its bank holiday here tomorrow so Emma is home.

Actually, our Governor called a State of Emergency. I pray that my electric doesn't go out. I had already planned to stay home all weekend to recuperate from a cold and do online training for my job.
