I started my college semester this week. I had posted before about having heart palpitations at times. I saw my therapist and he said for sure the palpitations are coming from my anxiety. I had an ekg heart check a year ago, I'm sure if it was something serious they would have noticed something then. I still may visit my doctor for an overall check up again and to discuss medication posibilities for anxiety and depression. I think the sudden increase in palpitations has been due to stress because I am in my first week of a harder semester in college. But, I will try to plan a doctor visit just to check things. I live in a very loud and stressful house and I am in college. Wish me luck, any advice appreciated.
