So I’m just a hot mess. Got a lot going on. Got married last year but already divorcing. Divorce should be final in 3 more months. I’m going through menopause as well. I commute two hours to work and two hours back daily. And I’ve been having straight panic attacks or anxious moments when I’m not in control such as driving through a tunnel or on the commuter van going to work. It annoys the piss out of me because I’m like ok here we go again with this bull crap. Heart racing. Feels like I’m about to go crazy or pass out. I’ve been breathing through these episodes and it helps.
but I’m just so sick of this shit. When will it end. Ugh.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!
