Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. ive come to the conclusion that i do need to be on medication. I have no idea how to deal with having anxiety, panic, and bipolar disorder on my own. I tried zoloft but it literally made me feek like i was going crazy only to find out it was because i had undiagnosed bipolar disorder and I guess zoloft makes you feel worse if you're bipolar. I just dont want a medication that will make me feel worse or i guess take all my emotions away and ill just feel numb. At the end of the day i guess feeling no emotion is better than panicking all day everyday because of life. Has Anyone found a medication that works for them and doesn't make them feel like a different person?

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

As far as medication goes, everyone has a different reaction to medications. I am on lithium, Zyprexa, and Zoloft for my bipolar and that works very well. But I see Zoloft hasn’t worked for you. See what I mean? Unfortunately there is a lot of trial and error with meds. You may be on the right meds but need a different dose. My advice is to stay committed to finding the right medication. Get yourself a good psychiatrist and just keep trying to find the right medication.
You will feel better. You will be okay.
