I can't really explain it, but my anxiety has been worse lately.. I start having the triggers and then the symptoms I used to have when it was really bad, would get horrible stomach aches that'd make me even more anxious.. I haven't been eating well because of stress and emotional problems.. So i get this feeling in my head and then in my body, it scares me and makes me feel like eating will never be enough, getting normal eating habits again won't fix me.. i'll always be like this, i feel guilty for not going to see my father.. i feel emotional for always lashing out at friends and i feel sick and ashamed of myself...
Is there any way to make this recent anxiety spike go down.. I really need to relax.
