I often get that “not quote right” feeling. It is not quite anxiety but is definitely not to the extent of feeling “normal.” But can equate it to just feeling in a cloud. I feel that way today…just had a long and stressful past three days. You can look at it as being thankful it is not full-blown panic, right?
But I sit down on a couch thinking I’d feel better cause it would be resting but it doesn’t help. I walk and it’s cold and brisk here today so I kind of feel okay. But bizarre that when I sit down I feel almost uncomfortable.
I started noticing a few years ago that things that would normally make me feel depressed, even seasonal affective disorder, started coming across as anxiety instead. Do you think your grief could be manifesting in that feeling?
