So....
I have this bad habit of quitting jobs. Because i get SO anxious at them.... I know my wife wont be mad at me. (outwardly at least) and I just feel like I can't handle it sometimes... I feel "trapped." and "restricted."
I feel like I can't do whatever I want... Or things like that. I worry about my heart arrythmia, then I'll worry about my anxiety at work.
I haven't worked in about a year now, and I've been going on job interviews, and I'm trying to mentally prepare myself.
I don't know how to overcome these feelings. I'm very quiet at work... And trying to talk to coworkers makes me dizzy. And I feel like I need to bolt for the door. Interviews to me are easier, I have the option to say no, to leave, but when you're hired it's like I feel locked in.
Then I either 1) wont show up. They'll never hear from me again. or 2) go for a few days.... IF even. or 3) I will legit leave in the middle of a shift and not come back.
Does anyone have job/workplace anxiety? I really can't keep doing this.... It's not helpful to myself in the end. Or my family-
Any advice I would GREATLY appreciate.

when i came back from the place I lived before, after a couple of years of SEVERE anxiety disorder, I started a new job. the panic was awful.
Daily, I would wish myself dead. it was just awful. But I kept smiling on through. Apparently I didn't talk for a year. heh.
Now they can't shut me up.
Get a job, and stick with it no matter what you want to do. don't let yourself quit. make yourself do something you do not want to do. And keep making yourself for a year. See what change that will bring.
one thing's for sure, Unless you can make yourself useful you will become a liability your wife has to offload one day. She can't carry both of you.
It’s a limited benefit, you get so many therapy sessions etc. But see your normal physician first, he/she may be able to help initially. What do you think?
