Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

Okay so normally when I get panic attacks/anxiety I get stomach aches and diarrhea, so last night when I started to get stomach pain after dinner and while using the computer I chalked it up to nervousness (I was skying with a buddy I hadn't talked to in a while).. And it didn't bother me that much, As time went on it was easier to ignore and maybe I just thought I had some internal gas that was hard to get rid of... Later on while watching 30 rock, I got into a fight with a friend over text and I was extremely angry and pissed off.. My stomach was still gurgling but I again chalked it up to just nerves and the fact that I didn't eat enough for lunch and it was just trying to digest dinner..
For a midnight snack I had the rest of my sandwhich I ordered from this pizza place, My mother had the same kind of sandwhich and not right after.. but soon after I ate it, I felt funny.. I chalked it up to being mad about fighting with a friend and all those emotions.
and then later on, I felt it while I was trying to sleep and then I knew I had to run to the bathroom, Normally when I have panic and anxiety I get diarrhea ONE time and then it's over (Even though I always freak out about it happening again.) So I stayed up almost all morning because I had diarrhea.. I eventually fell asleep and I woke up just now with another session.. It's weird because it's not like normal for me, It's almost like nothing is coming out at all, Like I have a bunch of wet farts but not actual diarrhea/poop. (Tmi sorry D: It's gross for me too!)
I guess most of the time I have anxiety and then diarrhea (Or what I always think of as diarrhea) but this time I have a case of actual diarrhea, and the anxiety probably stems from that.
But.. how do I take care of myself? When does diarrhea usually stop? What if it doesn't stop? I'm worried to death that I'll be going all day and all night and into the weekend.. I can't stop myself from shaking at the moment.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Relax, massage the tummy area gently, and move around to get your system in motion slowly.
When you have this type of symptom, stay hydrated, and it will settle down.
Best wishes.
