I have somewhat accepted that I have a driving fear, if I'm either passenger or driver. I drove to the beach today with my brother and I was at a anxious level 8...I am trying to face this unpleasantness. Unfortunately, when I got to the beach I couldn't get out of my head and enjoy myself. It was upsetting. My boyfriend said " you won't grow as a person and you can't be rescued when you have an attack." That hurt me so much! He knows I suffer from debilitating panic and anxiety. I am doing everything in my power to help myself...and while that should be consoling, it's not. I don't know anymore and I hate the way my mind works. I hope others can relate.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that.
