Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
Went for a walk today (3 miles) felt good to get out, especially on a day that was just beautiful. Get home, take a shower, had a couple of sips of water before and after. Ate some homemade pizza for lunch and started feeling anxious out of nowhere. Then, I realized that I didn't drink as much water as I thought did. Been (gradually) drinking ever since (a couple of hours ago) but still have those fast heartbeat moments. It sucks. I knew before the walk "I should probably drink some more water", but I felt fine enough to go. Gotta get back into the warmer weather thinking of drinking water before my walks.
Also, I walked weirdly or twisted my knee (a month or so ago) and I still feel it get tired. But, only after walking for a couple of miles or so, today it kicked in after three miles. I'm only 34 (just turned 34 last week) why is my body breaking down, lol! Ugh!
Hope you all are doing well! Peace, love, blessings to you all!!!

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
Best to you!
Forgot about how expensive sneakers are lol.
Happy. late birthday!
At nearly twice your age, I am fairly confident those muscle aches have more to do with how often you use them than the years. Ill-fitting shoes cause me more pain than my years.
The program we are starting is a hybrid of yoga/resistance/ sports rehab techniques. We’ll see how it goes.
I’m an avid walker and he does weight training but we both are intrigued about incorporating yoga into the mix, because we both have some issues from old injuries that make some things more difficult I also have arthritis in my feet although with decent shoes I get by. We both work “desk” jobs and just feel like it he exercise we do get isn’t really cutting it anymore as we age.
Getting old ain’t for sissies as that old saying goes but the alternative looks less appealing for me at this moment, haha!
So grateful for the advice!
