Take a moment to really express your feelings.
You can not change how others act, think, or respond. You can change how you react, think, and respond. Use breathing, gentle movement to help reduce sudden anxiety spikes, and put your thought process to "in the moment".
All is not lost here. You take a moment to set a plan that gives you the most back for what you are doing. Do your best, do what you can, and let the rest go.
Everyone has feelings and when those feelings are high emotion, fact is often left aside. It's why we have to remind ourselves, just because someone says it does NOT make it our problem.
How you respond is for your well-being. Remember what you say is your words. Your words are your action. So, do what works for you.
Be kind to yourself. You know you want better for you, and you can make the changes, and remind yourself, this is for you.
Best wishes.
If church asks you to do things...clearly state, "I'm getting 4 hours of sleep as it is, and my daughter HAS to come first with what time I have. Honestly, I could use help. And desperately need SLEEP in my coming time off. It's not like I"ll even have time to myself for ANYTHING."
Gentle hugs, parenting a baby/toddler is HARD work. Give yourself credit, and know that it won't last forever.
(I remember all too well those days of 4 hours of sleep.)
