However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
Well I went to the emergency room again. My panic attack was so bad I fainted and had to be restrained at one point.
I feel like they're not listening to me. I can feel that there is something wrong in my heart. It happens every time I lay down and get comfortable. It beats a really hard beat slows down then speeds up into hyper speed. This can not be normal to happen so often even when I'm feeling calm. I don't understand and I feel like there just dismissive becuase I have panic attacks and I'm young. I just feel that there is more and I can't shake the feelings.

Psychotherapy is where I finally shook that very specific feeling. Many years later, anxiety still produces those heart agitations in me. My psychotherapy toolbox is where I find the remedies. They only work if I work them.
But that is me. . .
Continued support while you sort your own, Giddy.
They say they don't see nothing. I feel differently though. These heart palpitations are unbearable and are one of the main causes of why I have panic attacks. So I just don't see how there is nothing wrong, I feel like they just aren't looking at everything because I do have a panic disorder.
Whatever path my anxiety is chain-reacting down, breathing exercises are my front line defense. My brain is better able to see the next step when it is well-oxygenated.
At least I think that is what those heartless quacks told me. . . For sure those breathing exercises help me continually, wherever anxiety may strike. I can do them as needed without anybody around me even noticing. They've gotten me through many a panic spot without heart attack symptoms.
Gentle empathy, Giddy. It is not an easy puzzle to put together and every case is unique.
idk I'm trying though I really am. I seen my psychiatrist today and he prescribed me Ativan and Seroquel and then in a week I will start something else (cant remember the name)
I have really bad medication anxiety though, I just feel like I cant win :(
Thank you for listening and sharing.
Once I had a quiet consultation with a doctor who understood that he needed to explain everything with out a single word about anxiety, it became much easier to do everything that was possible with the tools available to manage anxiety symptoms.
Keep on working towards that new balance.
