Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
My brother talked me into it and I'm so glad he did. I'm not feeling well and today is early dismissal so I wouldn't be working the cafeteria where I get the chance to sit part of the time. I would have to walk the halls for 2 hours or 3 if I went in early. I am resting at the moment. Tomorrow starts Spring Break for me. I am thrilled! I have a funny feeling that my plan for Easter Sunday is going to change. My wonderful sister-in-law has had 3 surgeries on her nose due to skin cancer and refuses to go to her family Easter celebration. But I have a feeling that my brother is going to want to cook a ham and invite me and another brother to dinner. If that's the case, I will probably be asked to make potato salad. It's my Mom's recipe and it's out of this world but it's definitely not Keto and I don't want to get stuck with leftovers. I guess I could just make less. I just did my food shopping yesterday and have everything here except potatoes. I will go with the flow though. The grocery store that I went to yesterday had a great deal on Land O Lakes cage free eggs @ $2.99 a dozen with no limit. I got 4 dozen. I eat a lot of eggs on Keto, plus they fill me up. Anyway, just feeling chatty this morning! Have a great day!

my family doesn't have any easter traditions. we see what develops. our spring break is done. we only get friday off and officially, the day off is just for the hell of it. our public schools are not officially allowed to celebrate religious holidays. the elementary schools have had their easter egg hunts, but i don't know of a single religion that includes easter egg hunts in their theology.
i guess i'm feeling chatty, too, but may commit hub-a-cide if i have to listen to another trump bashing session.
I don’t do much now that kids are older but my sons friend is making easter dinner which is nice.
Serenity, Easter was great when I was growing up. We always dyed eggs, went to Church, had a nice dinner, pie for dessert. The Easter Bunny brought lots of candy! In fact, my Mom froze the coconut and peanut butter eggs until the
summer. I preferred the peanut butter eggs. My brother and I made plans to eat at a diner near our Aunt's nursing home but that may change if our younger brother decides to cook. In any event, I bought a coconut custard pie. That is nice that your son's friend is cooking! I could go for some egg now with rum and whipped cream and nutmeg!
