Hi everyone. I have not been on this site nor writen anything lattly due to i had a bad fall at work. I was clearing off soom ice off our dockplate and i lost my footing and fell five feet to the ground below. I didn't go to the ER right away but as the day and night went on the pain was not subsiding. So around 4:30 in the morning i went to the ER. Thank god the was no one else there witch i very unusual. By the time the doctor finish looking over me and tests came in i was told that i had a brused liver, brused kidney, brused lung, And three broken ribs. Im still recovering today but well enough to go back to work. My ribs will take sometime to heal. Im glad to be back and it could have been alot worse. My Anxiety level has been quite high but it is slowly coming down. I hope everyone is on a good leval. Take care.

I don't really know how to label this but I having a rough week and I can't say it's one thing.... I have a lot on my plate which is nothing new and I try to cope in many positive ways and do but I still have my moments.My kids more so my daughters talk to me about everything which I know it's cause of comfort and we are close.... however I really struggle with the venting about their dad which...

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!
