Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. Hello everyone, My name is Connie and I just want to put myself out because I want friends. My life style is consists of being a home Depot employee, and college student, with an interest in living off grid. I love barbecuing and campfires. I have been traumitized along the way and I never got to experience things that are normal to other people like going out to a bar with friends, going to a concert with friends, or having a gathering at the beach. I want that so badly. Sometimes I have my kids with me and sometimes I can make arrangements for childcare. I hope some of you are located close to the Bay area. We can possibly exchange phone numbers and do some of these things together.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.

Best wishes as you make your way to a better balance.
You've taken the important first step in writing it out.
I feel inclined to share about myself too. I'm 18, a high school senior about to graduate, and worried about how covid is going to affect my college education. I'm planning to move upstate for college. Home life is pretty nasty for me, I have no siblings and have lived with very controlling and emotionally manipulative parents all my life. As a result, I also haven't experienced many things that are considered normal by most people.
My parents had a massive spat yesterday, so today I'm doing my online work outside with in a sort of picnic situation. The sun and fresh air are nice, but it's hard to find wifi and a nice place to sit.
Hope you're doing well.
Good luck and keep safe .
