General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

I am having one of the worst anxiety days... I am so so anxious today and idk why. I haven’t been sleeping well the last two nights so I wonder if it has to do with that. Also drank a lot of coffee because even though I’m anxious I’m also quite tired and needed to stay awake but that probably just extended the problem (it was really awful even long before the coffee...) but it didn’t even wake me up I was barely awake during my first class :|. But gosh I literally feel like a basket case. It’s not like I didn’t take my meds so I have no idea what’s going on. Restless, incredibly nervous, thinking excessively, insanely jittery... I’m just not having a good day

Here's to hoping tomorrow is a better day.
Is it good news that we usually survive the funks?
Don't think about what to write. Just unload everything that comes to mind as it happens.
After I started working smarter instead of harder, another benefit I found in the venting is that it helped sort through all those gory details while I was clearing the air.
Further encouragement to keep venting, Question. Your answers are in there.
Listening. . .
I think my anxiety was triggered by all the stress I've been dealing with lately as well as some other things
I just have to try to remember this won't last forever
But I totally get ANXIETY. and how it can tear me up inside. Give yourself some well deserved credit.
Yeah coffee won't help the anxiety, but one or two is usually OK I've found.. any more than that and I get jittery and nervous and can't slow down.
Venting helps I find. It's such a stress reliever to get it all down, and out of your head. To have people listen. To feel heard and like you're not alone. (Because you're definitely not alone...)
Good luck and I hope you sleep good tonight. Try to force yourself out for a walk today, or some yoga. It's so so hard getting started, but even just 5 minutes could make a difference.
