Hello Everyone,
So I wanted to ask you guys.. is it normal to have some days where you're okay, like you're happy and you feel like everything is going well... and then wake up the next morning and just have no desire to do anything at all? Like you just want to stay in bed all day and just sleep?
I'm back at University already, so I kind of saw these types of days coming.. like today is one of those days. Its 8pm and I'm still in my pjs, but I did manage to get my assignments that were due today done, so I'm glad for that.

I hope everyone is doing well.

Keep writing it out, that is "doing" something with your thoughts.
